Hey guys! If you haven't already heard the interview between Watcher and Ari from 6String, you don't know what you're missing! This band is deserves a listen from you all. Believe me, you won't regret it. These brothers really pack a punch when it comes to tight and grabbing rythym & blues. Listen to their song Runaway Train. I think Watcher has posted the lyrics here, so check them out as well. Come on guys, show these brothers some love because I think we will be hearing ALOT more from them in the future. Peace and love to all. We love you 6String!! Keep on rockin' me, Suthrnstuff

Yea Sstuff I am sure you are right we will be hearing more of 6String. I was once a very big Bob Dylan fan and I like 6st ring as well as I ever did Dylan. I am sure that it may take just a bit longer to get really ahead playing folk and blues but if anyone is going to do it 6st ring will be the band that takes it all the way.

Hi Suthrnstuff, Watcher
Thank you in behalf of the the rest in the 6st ring, we are now a trio, our new member in the team is Jake who plays percussion with an experience extending over 25 years.
We have received a lot of encouragement from a number of people in Finland and from the States too.
I am thrilled, looking forward to our next album and surely we will 'hold the castle' when it comes to songs like Runaway train. This is the stuff we enjoyed most while recording our first album.
rauhaa, rakkautta ja rock n' rollia! (let there be peace, love and rock 'n roll!)
Cheers,
The 6st ring

Ari, Man you are more than welcome, when did you say that your new album would be complete? I would kinda like to do a small interview piece about the making of the album...what do you think?

I would kinda like to do a small interview piece about the making of the album...what do you think? The new album should be out late this summer, more likely early in the fall, say around September. Yes definitely I would gladly give an interview. Just remember all the songs will be sang in Finnish except one. I will let you know when the time of the release of the' Viiala Blues Project' takes place. I can already reveal there will be several guest-musicians contributing into this one. Cheers, Ari

That sounds great to me, I like your music in either lang. it has a great blues / folk feel that is a very nice change at times. But yes I will be looking forward to hearing the new tunes and doing a piece on it.
