Jess I found a solution for listening to our stream in Mozilla, but I have only found the solution for using windows media player.
do the following carefully......~!!!!!!~
first and foremost backup your registry.
Then Click on start and then click on run then type in regedit and click OK.
Find the Folder
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\ShimInclusionList\
Right click on the folder and select New>Key
Add the following new key (leave default settings)
MOZILLA.EXE
that will take care of your WMP problems but I still have no idea how to fix the real player problems in Mozilla.

Thanks Watcher!
I really appreciate that & will try to do so this afternoon--that seems to be the best time for me to play with this stuff. Have a great day! Jessica
